Local firms selected to design, build and market The Gateway
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Five local companies will help reshape the image of Johnson Drive’s east corridor in Mission, Kan. Cameron Group, LLC, an East Syracuse, N.Y.-based development group and owner of the mixed-use development called The Gateway in Mission, Kan., today announced the following local partnerships:
Slaggie Architects, Inc. (www.slaggiearchitects.com) was selected as the architect firm of the 1.2 million square-foot development
Walton Construction (www.waltoncci.com) was selected as the construction firm to build the $380 million development
Prudential Kansas City Realty (www.prukc.com) was selected as the residential real estate company marketing approximately 350 condominiums and row houses featured at The Gateway.
Zimmer Real Estate Service, L.C. (www.zimmercos.com) was selected as the leasing agent for 180,000 square feet of office space available at The Gateway
Muller + Company (www.mullerco.com) was selected as the agency of record for marketing, design, interactive and public relations efforts for The Gateway.

The Gateway is the first and only mixed-use development in northeast Johnson County. Located at the corner of Roeland Drive and Johnson Drive in Mission, Kan., The Gateway offers Kansas Citians a first-rate suburban residential real estate development that will feature condominiums and row houses along with a collection of outdoor green spaces, entertainment venues, restaurants, fashion retailers, boutiques and office space.
